How to Make a Claim
Most of our insurance partners, operate claim services which are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so if you are unfortunate enough to suffer a loss, a new claim can be reported 24/7.
And as NCi Nursery only works with insurers we feel give our clients the cover, premiums and service they really need, the insurance companies we deal with all like to keep claims simple. This means when you claim, they’ll look at your cover to see how they can best help you. They’ll work swiftly and deal with your claim fairly.
If they can resolve your claim when you first make contact, they will. But if it’s a little more complicated, we’ll make sure you always know what’s going on.
You will also have direct access to the expert claims handler dealing with your claim, who will be able to make key decisions about your claim. In short, we’ll show why you made the right choice of insurer from the moment you claim.
At NCi Nursery we understand that you really only find out how good your insurance provider is when you have suffered a loss and have to make a claim. Once you report a loss to one of our insurance partners, they will inform us and we will work with you and them to make sure your claim is settled as quickly and as favourably as posible. Our own in-house nursery claims department is managed by Phil Lakey and Phil has over 10 years experience within the UK insurance industry.
